"My family's experience at Perry Harley was absolutely the best experience at a Harley dealer I have ever experienced. Brad our salesman was very helpful from the first phone call to signing the final paperwork. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was entertained from giving her some popcorn to putting cartoons on their TV. Brad took the time to explain the features and benefits of the motorcycle that I was interested in. Dave the finance manager was a pleasure to deal with also. Their dealership is absolutely spotless from the showroom to the service department. You can tell that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their everyday environment. Everyone I spoke to was professional, I never felt pressured or out of place. This was my first Harley purchase and they have gained my business for life. They provided top notch service all the way around. I can't wait to get my 2013 Switchback out in the spring and thanks to their attention to detail on used bikes all of my fluids are changed and I have fresh rubber front and rear. "This is my second bike purchased from Perry's. This time around I had Andis Svikis walked me through the process. He was well informed about their products and answered all my questions before and after my decision to buy my 2017 Road King...too cool man. It's good to have someone help but not push making this kind of purchase. Dave and Zack were also helpful in making my choice of accessories that I wanted putting the finishing touch on this bike. "I wanted to improve the sound on my 2016 Heritage Classic but I didn't have any ideas on which pipes or extensions to buy. Chadd, my original sale rep, was a great help with the selection process. He let me listen to a half dozen different exhaust set ups they had at the dealership. When I made my selection, Kenny in parts, saved me over $250 by recommending to buying the extensions instead of the entire pipe system. He explained that on my bike the head pipes were exactly the same. If not for Kenny's honesty I would have purchased the more expensive set up with no real benefit. I want to send Kuddos to Denny in service also for his help and advice with the Stage 1 air filter kit. My Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic sounds and runs great!!! Thanks Perry Harley-Davidson!!!"
